This quote from Mother Teresa is what I first introduced myself with to my new team at Ernest Gaspard. I inherited a great team with amazing backgrounds in the interior design industry. Many having worked in interior design for 20, 30 and even 40 years. How special and unique is that. In today’s world where people change jobs more often than Taylor Swift changes her hair style.
Knowing I bring a complimentary set of skills and capabilities to our team as well. From implementing amazing new tech and growing and scaling some cool companies. This new marriage we are in will indeed do great things in this amazing industry. An industry that is more like an extended “family.” Generations of designers and manufacturers doing what they were taught to do by their parents, who were taught by their parents. A true apprenticeship culture in the interior design industry. An industry full of kind, loving and fun people, working hard each day to bring beauty into the world with true artisan quality and craftmanship.
